i'm off to LA in 2 hours! my family's gonna drive around to las vegas, grand canyon and san diego too =).
my brother just got back his psle results. he got 6 marks higher than me. and all the same grades- including A for chinese and merit for hcl. hahah. if you haven't yet realised, the lack of a natural flair for chinese kind of runs in the family. i know! that's very,
very bad. i need to improve a lot. anyway, i think my brother's still quite happy, even though he was hoping to get higher marks. he's happy enough to beat my score, in any case. he also earned himself big bucks and a hp from my parents. good for him.
i watched harry potter with yuxin and mp on monday. it was good but according to both of them the book's better. so i shall go read it. soon. when i come back, anyway. then angelina came with her little sister and we walked up and down orchard several times but didn't buy anything.
on tuesday we had class lunch at marche. heh i think i ate a wee bit too much. but at least we got to try a lot of different food right limin? =) rachel, limin and i went to ps after that. got angel her belated birthday present. and i bought my mum's belated birthday present too while they watched just like heaven.
yesterday was our last time going back to school as proper mg girls. i know it's really sad, but i suppose change is necessary. by the way, thanks lynette, mp, jo tang and amanda tang for remembering! after lunch, i went out with my elder brother to source for christmas presents for my family. we got my younger brother his present already.
and so you can see, after going out so much, and buying so many presents, i am pretty much broke. i shall just have to wait for next month's allowance before i'll be willing to spend more. that will be when i'm back on the 7th! and i'll be sixteen by then. but then everyone will be turning seventeen soon. so i'll be one year behind again. haha. NEVERMIND. at least i'll be able to watch nc-16 movies, not that i've ever heard of any i've been interested in watching.
